For the start of the 2008-09 NBA season, Converse announces a new advertising campaign to showcase Wade’s ability to rise above his critics and achieve success. “Same Day, Same Story” will begin airing on October 28, 2008 to coincide with the new Converse WADE 4 signature basketball shoe.

MIAMI - After months of rehabilitation on his troublesome left knee, a month with the U.S. national team at the Beijing Olympics, and then a month of training camp that included a week in Europe, Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade nonetheless said he feels refreshed heading into Wednesday night's season opener against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

MIAMI - There certainly is something to be said about giving Dwyane Wade the ball and getting the heck out of the way.

Over the final four games of the 2006 NBA Finals, it delivered the Heat a championship.
